Customer Name

Your Customer Name must appear as it was typed into the SmilesByWire order screen at the studio. This is generally your first and last name. The Customer Name, as it was typed, is included in the notification email. The email is automatically generated when your images are uploaded (generally 10-14 business days after your sitting, see below for more details).

Please complete the form below if you need your Customer Name and Access Code resent to you via email. Your email must be the same as the email address provided at the studio.

If 10 business days have passed and you are correctly entering your Customer Name and Access Code and still can not access your images, please contact Customer Service.
